Silicone Gaskets
Stockwell Elastomerics manufactures custom silicone gaskets from high performance silicone products in various forms, including solid silicone gaskets, silicone sponge gaskets, and silicone foam gaskets.  These gaskets are readily die cut, water jet cut or molded to customer-specific geometries.  Acrylic or silicone peel and stick adhesive backings are available on most silicone gaskets manufactured by Stockwell Elastomerics.

Thermal Pads
Thermal pads cut from materials such as thermal tapes, thermal coated fabrics, thermally conductive silicone (TC100), and thermally conductive silicone sponge (R-10404), to name a few, are firm as compared to gap fillers or gap pads. The thermal interface materials offered by Stockwell are designed to remove the heat generated by electronic devices to the ambient environment. Gasket Tape
Stockwell Elastomerics manufactures vibration dampening pads and shock absorbing pads to specification. Gasket tape is a sponge or foam with a peel and stick adhesive backing, cut to a prescribed width.

Elastomer Gaskets
Stockwell Elastomerics manufactures elastomer gaskets - gaskets that made from a silicone elastomer based material such as silicone rubber, silicone foam, silicone sponge, Poron® cellular urethane and fluorosilicone.

DP-1001 Silicone Adhesive with Easy to Remove Release Liner
Stockwell Elastomerics offers the Stockwell DP-1001 polyimide film supported silicone pressure sensitive adhesive (PSA) with an easy to remove release liner. DP-1001 offers optimum high temperature performance as a pressure sensitive adhesive on silicone rubber gaskets and cushioning pads.
