These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Philadelphia County, Pennsylvania.
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
