As a Rogers Corporation Preferred Converter, Stockwell Elastomerics maintains inventory of the vast majority of the Rogers BISCO® Silicones and PORON® foam products. Stockwell Elastomerics also fabricates silicone high consistency rubber (HCR) from Silicone Engineering, a U.K.-based company that Rogers Corporation acquired in 2021.
Stockwell Elastomerics offers custom gasket cutting, adhesive lamination, gasket tapes and composite laminations to meet demand application requirements. For silicone rubber, silicone foams and PORON® open cell urethane foam materials, Rogers Corporation is the partner of choice.

Silicone Engineering Materials offered by Stockwell Elastomerics
Stockwell Elastomerics distributes and fabricates silicone high consistency rubber (HCR) from Silicone Engineering, a U.K.-based company that Rogers Corporation acquired in 2021. Silicone Engineering formulates and mixes all grades in house, has flexible thickness capabilities, and can apply an acrylic pressure-sensitive adhesive (PSA) in-line.
There are four main categories of products.

All materials have a smooth skin and meet various specifications.
Bisco RS-800 Series Silicone Sponge Sheets and Rolls
Bisco RS-800 series materials are available as sheets and roll. These silicone sponges have standard 36” widths, are gray in color, and come in 60 ft. lengths with thicknesses that vary by product type. These closed cell silicone sponge materials are available in different degrees of softness / firmness and thickness, as shown in the product list below.
